Light Vocal Group are Albena Angelova, Antonina Yordanova, Iva Nachkova and Ivaylo Demidov – Ivashkin. Stylistically, their sound is quite electronic and dark, mixed with light, ethereal vocals, at a time when the girls are beginning to see themselves as grown-ups and are transforming from the Ballerina Children’s Choir into the Light Vocal Group. The only album by Project Dimitar Voev was also produced with this (core) line-up. All the compositions were created during several consecutive rehearsals of the Light Vocal Group, with each track being the result of a full day’s work, which included: coming up with an idea, writing the lyrics, recording and a rough mix all on the same day.
