The Barbarones are a band from Sofia, Bulgaria, playing a catchy mix of rock, indie, alternative, funky and groovy music that gets you on your feet and dancing: Yavor Petkov – vocals, guitars and keyboards; Nikola Lalov – bass guitar; Ilian Velev Drumzi – drums; Miroslav Angelov – guitars. The band formed in 2009 and made their way to their debut, self-released album ‘People & Bricks’ in 2011, distributed digitally worldwide by Amadea Records. New material followed in 2012 with “The Final Word / Jumping over the Tracks”. On 22 March 2014, the band released their second album, “The Party”.
