Rag Dolls was formed in late 1991 in Sofia as an alternative/funk rock band. Active period: 1991–1997. Final line-up: Elvis – vocals (1997), ex-Ognien Zvuk, ex-Candy Sweet (USA); Petar Glavanov – guitar (1994–1997), ex-Ognien Zvuk, ex-Slang; ex-Caramel, Petar Glavanov, ex-Candy Sweet (USA), ex-Gentle Groove, Akaga; Martin Georgiev – bass (1997), ex-Kiora, ex-Syco Tribe, Face Up, ex-Sheky & The Bloody Boys, Vendetta, ex-ADIM; Alexander Andonov – drums (1991–1997), ex-Ataka; Petar Vasilev – guitar (1995–1997), ex-Kiora, ex-Syco Tribe, Face Up, ex-Sheky & The Bloody Boys, ex-Vendetta, Their public debut took place at the ‘113+’ club at Sofia University. In 1992, Dicho Hristov became the band’s vocalist. That same year, they recorded and filmed a music video for the song “Shit”, which was broadcast on the programme “RockOko” on Channel 2 of national television. The band maintained a scandalous image that attracted fans. In 1993, their debut album, entitled "Shity Headache", was released. A number of guest musicians (percussion, brass section) also took part in the recordings. The band is currently inactive.
