Paradox to Blame is a post-rock/post-punk band formed two years ago by Stanimir Angelov (drums), Georgi Bobchev (bass) and Yasen Penchev (guitar), who joined a little later. It was then that the three of them came up with the band’s name. Before their debut gig, Alexei Nikolov joined as bassist to replace Georgi Bobchev, and subsequently remained in the band as lead guitarist. For about a year, Paradox to Blame played mainly original instrumental compositions, with each member bringing influences from different musical styles.
