Norma has been around since 2001 as a school project in Ruse (the band is from Veliko Tarnovo). Alternative Rock/Garage Rock. They were active for about a year, playing covers of punk rock and grunge bands as well as a few original tracks. They also took part in a rock festival. In 2002, the project broke up as some of the members had other commitments. In 2007, now as students, Lyudmil and Lacho reformed the band. They were joined by Martin and Milena, focusing mainly on original music. As of 2023, the line-up is: Lachezar Lazarov – drums; Yasen Stanev – bass guitar; Lyudmil Lozenov – guitar and vocals; guest musician – Tiger Lion Pig (drums on ‘Obschestvo’). Normalo’s debut album was released in early summer 2017 and is titled “Metaphors” – the album brings together songs from the band’s formation in Ruse up to 2017. It was recorded in Normalno’s studio between 2015 and 2017 and is dedicated to all the boys and girls who were part of the band, leaving a piece of themselves in it. In 2020, they began work on their second album, which was released at the end of October 2021 and is titled "Antimeditatsiya".
