Doctors Gogo Band is a project by musicians from MID and “Bassein” based in Vratsa. They play punk rock and ska. The founders are Georgi Kosturkov “Kita” and Dimitar Tzolov “The Doctor”. Petar Yordanov – bassist from “Bassein” – was also brought in for live performances, and a little later Ilko Krastev “Zvezda” from MID – on guitar – joined them, forming the original line-up. The first official live performance by the line-up of Kita, The Doctor and Basso was at the “Sladkarnitsa” at the Youth Centre in Vratsa in 2005, whilst their first solo performance took place at the “Jazz Club” in Vratsa (the same year). In 2007, the final concept for the band took shape and the song repertoire was finalised, with which they began numerous concert appearances. In 2008, the band released their debut album, “Broken Asses”. In the summer of the following year, they took part in the “Spirit of Burgas” festival. In the following years, DOCTORS GOGO BAND also performed at the "Flower for Gosho", "Berkstock", "PolineROOOCK Fest" – Plovdiv, "We Are Going To Muglizh", "Youth Rock Festival" – Vratsa and others.
