"Vasil and Ivan Latinov formed the band 'Africa'. In 1996, the band worked on an album, but it remained unfinished." That is all there is on the internet about the band Africa. Although Vasil Gyurov could tell us a great deal about it, he has not done so or written anything about it so far. We have his word that he will share some interesting stories about Kale and Africa exclusively for dwr.radio, but so far this hasn’t happened – we await it with interest. It would be interesting to hear at least the finished tracks by Afrika or what remains to date – the demos or rough cuts for the tracks from the unfinished album. We at Darkwave Radomir first heard of this band at the concert in memory of Dimitar Voev at Universiada.
